How to be a good customer ^_^How to be a good handmade-goods' customer?
I bet everyone had read at least a dozen articles about being a good seller: always be polite, always make good photographs and descriptions, accept returns, answer questions quickly.
But I can't remember any advice on being a good CUSTOMER. Yes, customer.
There's a saying in my country "Nasz klient, nasz pan" which means that customer can do and say anything as long as he has the money, because he can turn around and find another shop, and we are left empty-handed.
Yes, a customer can do this - but should he? Here's a couple of things I recently encountered and gave me a few things to think and write about.
1) Be polite
It's so basic many people forget it! Being rude can be effective, but later on the seller may want to save himself some trouble and say "no" to you even if you have the money. Being polite on both sides makes it easier to communicate and you can achieve a lot more asking, not demanding.
2) Reservations

The Real Japan - How do I get there?So often in comments left on my deviations I get comments stating, whining, dreaming, whatever you want to call it about actually visiting Japan. As in the commenter would like to also visit the places I have photographed. Whenever I receive one of these comments, I usually ask why don't they just up and go? Only very rarely do I receive a reply is absolutely a legitimate reason why they cannot just visit Japan. And NO, having no Money is NOT one of those reasons....
